About The Henston Regular
The Henston Regular is a part of the The Henston font family. It includes OpenType features such as common ligatures, discretionary ligatures, and several more.
The Henston is a flared serif font family inspired in part by incised letterforms, such as Berthold Wolpe’s Albertus and Hermann Zapf’s Optima. Its subtle shaping is ideal for display, yet the open forms maintain legibility at subhead and text sizes. The companion italics take cues from calligraphy, while a well-chosen selection of ligatures, swash capitals, alternates, and stylistic sets offers ways to shift the voice beyond the standard forms. The Henston will add warmth to brands, websites, magazines, and book covers alike. Available in two widths, each with eight weights — Thin to Black. Regular also includes true italics.
